Arsenal is reportedly casting their eye over CSKA Moscow's teenage sensation Sergei Revyakin and will make a bid for the goalkeeper at the end of the season.
The Gunners could be left short of 'keeping options when the current campaign finishes with Manuel Almunia sure to leave and Lukasz Fabianski also expressing his desire to move on in search of regular football.
And according to the People, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has sent scouts over to Russia to run the rule over Revyakin and if their reports are positive, he will consider an approach next summer.
It is thought the 16-year-old stopper initially caught Wenger's eye during the Under-17 European championships, where he excelled for his country.
If the Arsenal manager wishes to follow up his interest with a concrete offer, he will need to offer a reported £5m to persuade CSKA to sell the exciting prospect.
